These terms cover use of shop.kavomaz.com. Product transactions linked from this site are completed on Etsy and are also subject to the applicable Etsy terms, listing information and seller policies.
1. Website purpose
This website provides brand information, editorial content, collection pages, product landing pages and outbound links to marketplace listings. It is not an independent checkout in the current architecture.
2. Product information
We aim to keep product landing pages useful and accurate, but current price, variant availability, production estimate, shipping, taxes, returns and marketplace transaction details should be confirmed on the linked Etsy listing before purchase.
3. Orders and payment
Orders initiated from this site are completed on Etsy. Payment-card processing is not handled directly by shop.kavomaz.com. Etsy’s applicable checkout and marketplace terms govern the marketplace transaction.
4. Print-on-demand products
Some apparel may be produced after an order is placed using print-on-demand production partners, including Printify-connected providers. Production method, provider and fulfillment details may vary by product or destination and should be checked in the relevant listing where disclosed.
5. Intellectual property
KAVOMAZ names, logos, original site design, original product artwork and original editorial content are protected to the extent applicable. Third-party names, marks and platform references remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit malicious input, scrape it in a manner that materially disrupts service, or use KAVOMAZ content in a way that infringes applicable rights.
7. Third-party services
The site may link to or rely on third-party services, including Etsy, email providers, analytics providers and production/fulfillment providers. Their services are governed by their own applicable terms and policies.
